Return Policy

Need to make a return? No problem! You have 14 days from the day you received your order to initiate a return. Please make sure your swimwear is in original condition, unworn, with all tags and hygiene liners attached. You can keep the reusable pouch as our gift to you. Then, head to our returns center to get the process started!

Do your prices include tax?

For US customers, state laws require that we charge applicable sales taxes which are based on the price of the products, and will depend on the delivery address of your order.  Taxes will be included once you are in the checkout cart.

What Payment methods do we accept?

We’re currently only taking credit cards, but we’re aiming to add more payment options in the future. We are always looking for better ways to make your shopping easier and hassle-free.

What causes a delayed delivery?

Even though we do our best to avoid such situations, there are many factors that can cause delayed deliveries, including:
