Return Policy

Need to make a return? No problem! You have 14 days from the day you received your order to initiate a return. Please make sure your swimwear is in original condition, unworn, with all tags and hygiene liners attached. You can keep the reusable pouch as our gift to you. Then, head to our returns center to get the process started!

What is your return policy?

To receive a refund for a return, please email support@meganmaemiami.com to initiate the return.

All returned items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or otherwise altered, and with all hang tags, original labels, and hygiene liners intact.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any item that does not comply with the above conditions.

We must receive the item back within 14 days from the date you received the item (as stated in the tracking information from our shipment to you).

If we do not receive the item within 14 days, unfortunately, we are unable to process the refund. While we leave it to you to choose your own carrier, we highly suggest that you use a tracked shipping service. All costs of return shipping are your responsibility, and we cannot accept your package if the carrier requests payment at delivery.

All refunds will be made to your original form of payment. While we will make prompt efforts to initiate a refund, please note that bank processing may require additional time to process and post the transaction, so the credit may not show up until the next billing cycle.

How can I know my return status?

You’ll get an email as soon as we receive your package. Once we approve the return, your refund will be on the way. Just keep an eye on the return shipping, since it’s up to you to track it. Easy as that!

What if I receive a damaged item?

We are deeply sorry about that!
You have 14 days from the day you received your order to make a return, just make sure the bikini is in its original condition, unworn, and still has all the tags, bags, and hygiene seals. Then, head to our returns center to get the process started.

Can I exchange an item?

We accept exchanges only for items of a different color or size within the same style. All exchanged items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or otherwise altered, and with all hang tags, original labels, and hygiene liners intact.

We reserve the right to refuse the exchange of any item that does not comply with the above conditions.

What if I lose the original packaging the order came in?

No problem! If you lost it, you could use a similar substitute packaging to send your order back. The important thing is that the product needs to be well packed and protected when you send it back to us.
