RETURNS

Megan Mae Miami understands that the ability to return and exchange items with ease is important! 

TO RECEIVE A REFUND FOR A RETURN:

• Please email support@meganmaemiami.com to notify us of the return
• We must receive the item back within 14 days from delivery date to you (stated in tracking information)
• If we do not receive the item within 14 days, unfortunately, we are unable to process the refund. We suggest that you use a tracked shipping service. The cost of the return shipping is the Customer’s responsibility.
