Return Policy

Need to make a return? No problem! You have 14 days from the day you received your order to initiate a return. Please make sure your swimwear is in original condition, unworn, with all tags and hygiene liners attached. You can keep the reusable pouch as our gift to you. Then, head to our returns center to get the process started!

Am I able to change or cancel my order?

Once you place your order, it cannot be canceled. For further questions, please contact us at support@meganmaemiami.com, and we will be happy to help.

What if I receive a damaged item?

We do our absolute best to ensure that every Megan Mae Miami® product is top quality and ready to wear to the beach, pool, resort, or anywhere in between. If you happen to receive a defective item, please contact us, and we will be happy to help. Please note that you have 14 days from the day you received your order to make a return.

What causes a delayed delivery?

Even though we do our best to avoid such situations, there are many factors that can cause delayed deliveries, including:
