Take measurements using soft tape measure. Measure bust, waist, and hips. Remember to NOT measure yourself wearing jeans, sweats, or other bulky clothing. It DOES make a difference!
Bust – Wrap the measuring tape around your body and over the fullest part of your bust. Be sure you’re not pulling the tape away from the front of your bust for the most accurate measurement.

Waist – Measure the circumference of your waist. Use the tape to circle your waist (as a belt would) at your natural waistline, which is located above your belly button and below your rib cage. (If you bend to the side, the crease that forms is your natural waistline.)
